Scottsdale Tiny Homes Development

Our clients approached us with an unused, rural block in Scottsdale to discuss potential development opportunities with Tiny Homes.

The result is a 12-unit development comprising eight 2-bedroom homes and four 1-bedroom homes, each with its own yard, which provides affordable housing to the Scottsdale community and is suitable for long-term rentals.

Using layouts from our 40-foot container homes, this development is a testament to the opportunities Tiny Homes provide our community for affordable, low-impact housing solutions.
