Inclusions list & extras
Whether you’re choosing a 20-foot Tiny Container Home, a 40-foot Tiny Container Home, or a Bigger Tiny Home, most of the things you'll need to move in straight away are included.
If you would rather choose your own inclusions, however, you still have the freedom to do so – it might just come with an extra cost to you. Check out the inclusions for each product here:
20-foot and 40-foot Tiny Container Homes
- High Cube Single Trip A Grade container
- Timber framing
- Insulated to a 6 star energy rating
- Plastered throughout
- Premium double-glazed windows and doors
- Base kitchen/laundry cabinetry as per plans
Building
- All plumbing by certified trades
- Bathroom with shower base, laminated panel shower walls, enclosed shower screen
- Chrome fixtures and fittings
Plumbing
- All electrical by certified trades
- Ducted ‘Tastic’ heat light
- Exterior lighting
- Flush mount ducted exhaust fan in kitchen
- Westinghouse 60cm oven (40ft only)
- Westinghouse 60cm ceramic cooktop (40ft only)
Electrical
- Engineered timber look floating floor
- Pine skirting and architraves
- Tiled splashbacks in bathroom and kitchen in white subway tiles
- Interior painted in Dulux Natural White

- White gloss doors
- Tas Oak timber benchtops
